1. What we will never do

• Ask for your private keys, seed or recovery phrases, passwords, passkeys, one-time codes or wallet credentials.
• Ask you to send money, cryptocurrency or digital assets to a personal account or wallet to “invest”, “unlock”, “verify” or “recover” funds.
• Promise guaranteed returns, fixed daily profits or risk-free investments.
• Pressure you to act urgently or keep a deal secret.
• Ask you to install remote-access software or share your screen while you open your wallet.

2. Common warning signs

• Unexpected messages on WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or email offering investment opportunities.
• Profiles or websites that copy our name, logo or team photos but use different contact details.
• Offers that sound too good to be true, or “recovery” services promising to get back lost funds for a fee.
• Requests to move a conversation to a private channel or to use an unfamiliar app or website.

4. If you think you have been targeted

• Stop all communication and do not send further funds or information.
• If you shared a seed phrase or private key, move any remaining assets to a new, secure wallet immediately.
• Keep records such as screenshots, transaction IDs and messages.
• Report the matter to your bank or platform and to the cybercrime authority in your country, for example the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) in the United States or the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in Pakistan.
• Let us know so we can warn others about the impersonation.
