Self-Custody Notice

1. We never hold your assets

We do not take custody or possession of client assets or funds, and we do not control client non-custodial wallets. We do not accept deposits or hold money or digital assets on behalf of clients.

2. We never ask for your keys

SNH Global Tech will never ask for your private keys, seed or recovery phrases, passwords, passkeys, one-time codes or wallet credentials. Anyone who asks for these while claiming to represent us is not acting on our behalf.

3. Your responsibilities in self-custody

When you hold your own assets, you are fully responsible for their security. We recommend that you:

• store seed phrases offline and securely, and never photograph, email or store them in the cloud;
• use reputable hardware or software wallets downloaded only from official sources;
• enable strong authentication and keep your devices and software up to date;
• double-check wallet addresses and transaction details before confirming;
• test with small amounts first when using a new wallet, network or address.

4. Transactions are generally irreversible

Blockchain transactions usually cannot be cancelled or reversed. Assets sent to a wrong address, or lost because keys are lost or exposed, may never be recovered, and SNH Global Tech cannot recover them for you.

5. Quantum-secure and decentralized architecture

Where we discuss quantum-secure or decentralized self-custody concepts, this is for awareness and education. No technology can remove all risk, and you remain responsible for protecting your keys and account access.
